The staff looked after my mother extremely well. She was transferred from QAH in September 2015 (fast track/ end of life). Thanks to the dedication, compassion and professionalism of the staff, mum was with us for another 6 months. I have some wonderful memories of times shared with her whilst at Beechcroft Manor. |

I attended this nursing homes event in February for Dignity Day and was very impressed with the effort all of the staff had made to provide a 1950's feel. They had tea and cakes, a band playing 50's tunes and all of the staff and some of the patients were dressed in appropriate 1950's attire. They even had an old TV set up with the Queens coronation playing. It was easy to see that the staff and patients had an excellent relationship. It was a very friendly atmosphere and made me feel happy that their is care out there that is exceptional. |

All of the staff from Beechcroft Manor were caring. My Aunt was not the easiest of people to deal with, but the staff did not allow this to deter them from continuing to deliver the care with dignity and compassion. |
