    Our son has been ill for over 25 yrs and has been in many homes and recently discharged from a 11months stay in hospital. The manager and staff have been amazing. Before our son was discharged, we the family were invited to inform them of his illness, his hobbies, interests , dislikes, food that he liked, etc. We were able to personalise his room and had input with his care plan. The staff are encouraging him to self care and make choices that he hasn't done whilst in Hospital. They are patient, caring and professional and never use agency staff, hence they gain our sons trust and confidence. ( And the family's ). We can honestly say that in over 25 years of coping with our sons illness, we are able to relax in the knowledge that he is getting the appropriate care and will have a secure, happy, purposeful life. We highly recommend them and will be forever grateful.

    Had a great experience with the people working at this place. Lovely atmosphere, clean and homely .
