We are proud of our village-style community promoting independence within a safe environment by offering the support of residential care in the Lodge or, if your needs change, first-class 24-hour nursing care in the House. Of course youll be just as welcome to move directly in Marriott House if your immediate need is for nursing care.
Our award winning gardens allow our residents to enjoy a high standard of outdoor living in the summer months. They can play bowls; enjoy cream teas, annual fete and numerous other daily activities providing stimulation in a great environment. Our sensory garden is a new addition which has proved both beautiful and energising.
The Marriott team of highly-qualified, attentive staff pride themselves on caring for not only the resident but also the families who find it difficult when a loved one requires that extra support.

Dec 1 2014 It is now three years since my cousin took up residence at Marriott lodge in Chichester this is a truly excellent care home where the staff and management are very well trained and proficient. My cousin has a delightful ground floor room with wonderful views of glowing lawns stocked with award winning flowers. There are numerous activities and my cousin is very happy with the excellent food, care and dispensing medication. To sum up this care home is exemplary.
