It has been just over a year now since my last review. I am very pleased to say, as expected, the standard has remained exceptionally high. My brother has a chronic illness that needs constant monitoring and previously he has required hospital treatment. Sara organised the hospital visits in a very caring and professional way - Sara even arranged for my brother to have visitors at the hospital to see him. When my brother has been unwell in the past, Sara and her team cared for him to the highest standard - even to the extent of moving his room to the ground level to make sure he had the utmost care. Thank you Sara and staff you are such wonderful caring people. Albany House is amazing. |

I would like to let the world know that Albany House is one of the Care Homes that iIpersonally wouldnt mind to work or stay, the staff are very caring and confident in what they do, residents are well looked after, the activities are very well person centred, I could write a book! |

My daughter has been at Albany a few years now, she is very happy with the care given, still has her ups and downs but are sorted well. Its nice to relax a little bit more now after years of problems and different homes. |
