Mar 3 2016 We were recommended to this care home by a friend who had researched a large number of facilities in the Portsmouth area and found that Hamilton House was by far e best. The staff were caring, very attentive and supporting. Cleanliness exceptional. Hamilton house is a puspose built nursing home with all single ensuite wet rooms. A friend who had been a career herself said this was almost like a hotel. By son-in-law, who is a GP with special interest in palliative care also said 'of all the homes he had visited that this was outstanding' Thanks to the manager and their team my wife could not have wished for better care in her final 6 months of life.
