Sep 10 2017 I have to say that when my family member was first put in Woodbury court I could not fault it. Her room was nice and kept clean. The carers was obviously busy, but very caring and took time to welcome you and update on how your family member was doing. The home has indeed gone downhill in the last few months for sure. Not sure if there is a problem with staff. Maybe not enough staff, but my family member is often alone in the sitting room. Her room is not clean like it was previously. It seems that a lot of the staff that were working in the home are no longer there. Is the home still run by the same establishment? I hope these changes are not permanent.
