May 15 2022 Horrible experience ! The management belongs to the 19th century, when the house was built. Central heating must work 24/7 otherwise no hot water for the residents to be washed. Small rooms where one can barely sit and have a chat with the loved ones. The staff only pretends to care about the residents, they only pretend to respect residents' dignity. All in all, an awful experience. In the end I had to move my uncle to another care home.

Mar 10 2014 As a frequent visitor to the home for the past 4 years I find the home is going further & further down hill, there's lack of communication with staff to relatives, I do not feel my resident is getting the care & attention they need. Quite often there is a lack of understanding due to the different nationality between resident & staff. On a few occasions I have had to tell them the mattress on the air bed is flat which has not been checked and so has been slept on whilst flat, things have disappeared from the residents room, things have been broken and not been repaired or replaced & not even taken out of the room so the resident can't cut themselves on the broken item. Other residents walk into the room when ever they choose because they are not being watched. The room itself is very tatty needs a good overhaul & clean along with the rest of the home, the windows need replacing some look like they are about to fall out, I think it's time they closed this place down.

Mar 10 2014 I find as as a daughter of a patient in this supposedly care home when no one cares the home is run down staff are not caring or able to take care of those vulnerable patients in this care home.things that should be basic and fundamental are completely over looked by staff and management
