I come as a volunteer here every week and I have done for a long time now since my mother passed away at The Boynes a few years ago. I feel that the care here is second to none. The residents are always happy and contented with their setting. The staff are very friendly and approachable, I have never seen anything untoward here, there are lots of Activites going on within the home and trips out and about. I would happily recommend The Boynes to anyone that is looking for care for their loved one.
Thank you for all you do here. |

What I have to say about The Boynes is not good. The level of care given is every poor I belive as I have my Mother staying there at the Boynes and I just say when I go and vist her my Mother is always in her bed laying in a unclean pad and not been washed and have had to do this myself I told on of the nures that was on, when I told him he didn't seem to care and when I asked him about the marks on my Mothers arms he didn't seem to want to go have a good to see what I was on about.
I am still wanting to move my Mother from this Home as it dose not give the level of care that my mother needs and they can not even look after her. I am every upset at this as the manager said it was a good care home and that my Mother would be in the best care home.
I do not wish for anyone to put anyway of there family that needs care to be in this Home |
