Wood Green Nursing Home

My mother spend het final few weeks in Wood Green nursing home were I found the staff to be caring and considerate towards her needs nothing seemed to much trouble . It is hard for anyone to have to consider placing your loved one into care but I would highly recommend Wood Green from their cleanliness to the care they give it is well worth a visit see for yourself Yours Sandra hill

I visited Wood Green Nursing Home as a first aid trainer on 18th May this year. The first thing that struck me was the caring nature of the staff when helping or just talking to residents. Nothing was too much trouble. During my day training staff at the Home, residents chatted to me as I was taking training equipment from A to B. Many were very interested in who I was and what I was doing. Having had experience of Nursing and Care Homes both professionally and personally, the care and concern of staff here and the happiness of residents was so refreshing to see. I have visited several nursing homes in recent weeks looking to the near future for my 93 year old father. Those I have visited have not given me confidence. I think many of us use our 'gut feeling' when making these decisions for loved ones. Would I recommend Wood Green Nursing Home? I certainly would. My first impression as I walked through the front door was good. By the end of my day here, I was confident that this was a place my father would be happy and made to feel he was a worthy individual.
