Sep 17 2019 My mom came out of New Cross Hospital quite poorly after Pneumonia and chest infection. They were fantastic at looking after her. She soon got walking and looked really well. The carers always put there selves out to make everyone comfortable. She wanted to stay permantly but had to go home. Very recommendable

Jul 29 2018 My dad recently spent 4 weeks at Bradley Court and I can honestly say the place should be closed down. I admit my dad can be difficult, but the place is poorly managed and some of the staff need to look in the mirror and decide if this is the right career for them or do they need to work elsewhere. He went in there off his legs and came out off his legs and in my opinion, it was an inappropriate discharge and has basically left him up the creek without a paddle. He was supposed to have been able to look after himself when he returned home and have moving and handling aids put in place, but he was given a hospital bed and nothing more, even though NHS Physiotherapists have visited my dad and can't beleive the limited resources he has been given to help him settle at home. They have washed their hands of my dad and it is totally unacceptable considering we are in the 21st century. Although my dad would not want me to cause a fuss, events since he was discharged has given me no choice but to speak up and warn others that place needs managing.

Aug 27 2016 My mother stayed at Bradeley Resource Centre for 6 weeks following a long stay in hospital. When she arrived she was very weak and anxious, but the staff immediately made her feel at home and welcome. Every aspect of the support given was outstanding. The physios, the occupational therapist and the care workers did all they could to make mum feel comfortable and contented. She thrived in this environment and was very sad to leave. It was spotlessly clean and the food provided excellent. I simply cannot praise them highly enough.
