Apr 12 2016 My mum has been at De Lucy House for 6 weeks. I was very concerned about mum having to move into a care home but I had no need to worry. The comfortable surroundings are matched by the care and kindness of the staff. Residents seem to be looked after to suit their individual needs. Staff are always cheerful , kind and patient. I am always welcomed with a cup of tea, just as my mum used to welcome me into her own home. This is very much appreciated. Thanks to the staff for all they do.
