&Situated in a rural location on the edge of the historic market town of Stowmarket, Chilton Meadows is a bright, spacious home.
The care we offer&
The home has four separate houses that provide care for dementia as well as residential and nursing care. The 24-hour support we provide is focused on giving each person the individual care and attention they need. Each resident has a personal care plan and we work with residents and their families to understand their background and lives, in order to support their emotional wellbeing and social needs.

We have an aviary and a large pond and there are plenty of areas for residents and their guests to sit or take a stroll on warmer days. Nov 30 2015 We had poor experience of homes before we moved our Mum here. From day one the staff were all caring, pleasant and sociable. We were so happy that Mum's final weeks were in such a lovely environment. In the final days the Family were all welcome 24-7, we were supported and catered for. The emotional support was amazing.
