Aug 17 2018 Following an undisclosed safeguarding incident that we identified after reviewing our mothers care records and an attempt by the care home to raise prices by more than the contractual amount, we lost faith in management. The carers are wonderful, if mostly agency staff, but that cannot trump the serious failings of management to act on an assault and abuse on our mother and then to hike prices by 15% just because mum now needs the help of social services to meet her care fees.
