The doctors are really professional. But receptionists overestimate their importance so badly without care of patients. It is impossible to see doctors. The duty of a receptionists is to help but not prevent patients from seeing a health specialists. Really it should be like this : if patients complain about a receptionist, the professional skills of this receptionist should be monitored. |

A disgraceful level of 'service' is offered by this surgery, whose mission seems not to be to treat as many people as possible, but rather to discourage the maximum number from seeking treatment in the first place. What else explains the removal of the much touted 'online enquiry form' , leaving a two-hour phone call as the ONLÝ way to contact the surgery ? Seen in this light, the appallingly rude, obstructive and cynical behaviour of some reception staff makes perfect sense. They are following instructions to the letter. |

This surgery is a joke. You can wait an hour on the phone even if you are 2nd in queue. Very difficult to get appointments within a reasonable time frame. On top of that they send you to the wrong place once you eventually do get through. Receptionists are often unhelpful and sometimes rude. Experience with GP's mixed, some are good some just seem to be Googling symptoms/treatments. Does not seem to be any way to complain or get any of these issues addressed. |
