I visited the surgery with the intention of signing up as a new patient on Friday 6th September at around lunch time. Having come through the main doors i stood back in shock watching what was taking place, i noticed that the receptionist was trying to talk to a patient who was talking about a baby, rash, crying, worried (these were the words I could hear the lady saying) but there seemed to be shouting from the back something about she was told to ring back in the afternoon and then a lady appeared who confirmed that she had been told to ring back at 3pm. The lady at reception seemed very upset by this heckling and carried on trying to help the patient. She was talking to her in a very gentle way. . I noticed another lady was sitting in reception who was listening to all of this.. I just turned around and walked out. One of the main reasons for choosing this surgery was I had looked at their CQC report which was good for patient care. Well if this is how they treat their patients and if this is their level of care then I would rather go somewhere else. |

I am at a loss to know why when I call to pick up a prescription , item/items are left off the list ..This is the third time this year that this has occurred . I am now about to make my third visit in two weeks to obtain eye drops prescribed by Moorfields. On my first attempt I was told I had left it off the list .I hadn't , on my second attempt that it was not due ,it was this being verified by the counterfoil .This situation I am told will be rectified by tomorow, I live in hopes. |

The practice is clean and the opening hours are good. The doctors and nurses are professional and care about their patients. The reception staff are incredibly rude and should be replaced. They do not create the culture and bring down the reputation of the practice. |
