I have always experienced excellent care and advice from the GPs at the Medical Centre and this week, once again, they deserve five stars. My elderly mother needed urgent attention and was seen in person by Dr. Sudath almost immediately. During the Covid era phone consultations for myself and both my elderly parents have been very good. The receptionists are efficient and polite. My family applauds and thanks everyone working at the Medical Centre. | ||||||

I don’t have a problem with the nurse and the receptionist but I have a problem with dra. Vora. She is inconsiderate and during check it’s so uncomfortable looking at her not even making herself relax and sit down. She wa taking to me standing. Y the corner as if she didn’t want me anymore in the clinic. No sympathy to the patient. I had this experience twice with her and I am changing my GP soon as I can see she is not even confident of what she was doing. I understand covid but this is too much to see a Dr as if she’s talking to someone who has deadly disease and can’t wait for you to go. Omg! So humiliating experience. Karma will get back to you dra. Treat people as your own. She was talking to you like your an idiot. I am a nurse. As a patient that needs help with the kind of presentation you show, it makes the patient so uncomfortable. So horrible experience . Since I got no help from this dr. | ||||||

I have moved recently further south to London after a being highly recommended by a friend, and true to their words I found the access to the GP's and service amazing. It is unbelievable how quickly their phones are answered without any menus or being put on hold. I am able to see a GP on the same day without appointment as a non-urgent walk in patient, which I haven't come across anywhere else before. The GP's and reception staff are very caring and go out of their way to help me. I am in the first trimester of my pregnancy and am very impressed with the care and assurance given to me by all staff. | ||||||
