Firstly, the phone call to book an appointment that I was really concerned about making was lovely, lighthearted and kind, even comical when it came to reassuring my fears. My appointment was booked for the following week and the nurse I sat was beyond kind and understanding of my nerves. She completely calmed me and made the whole event much simpler. So appreciative for the kindness shown. Thank you so very much. | ||||||
