We have been using this practice for many years but the revolving nature of the GPs has meant services have suffered. Recently, it has become impossible to obtain a face to face in person appointment and non clinical staff have a habit of refusing to make appointments. Elderly and vulnerable patients are not treated well. I don’t usually leave a negative review but they have outfight refused to see me and I think it’s very bad of them. If anyone at the Practice reads this, then they should look carefully at their processes and actually start treating patients. | ||||||

My wife and I have both been with this surgery for many a year and are very pleased with the service from Dr Mo and the rest of the surgery staff, very helpful and patient with our many health problems! | ||||||
