I always receive swift and helpful care from the Drs and reception staff at The Redcliffe Surgery. I feel very lucky to be under them. | ||||||

The doctors are very good and knowledgeable. Some well equipped then others. If they unsure on something they good at consulting one another to get second opinion. The GP's treat you well. Cannot comment on the doctors. The reason I gave it good, is because the only think that lets the surgery down is the receptionists. The have more then a normal surgery will but my god they are slow, stupid and inconsiderate. I will go far to say they are inhumane in how they deal with patients. The entire team needs to be sacked. | ||||||

In my suicidal urgent telephone call, they left me hanging and told me that the doctor will contact me in 2 or 3 weeks time. I was hospitalised twice because they prescribed me the wrong medication. The list goes on. I can't wait to expose this praxis. I am very sorry for everyone that is putting up with them. | ||||||
