I wanted to thank the reception team with all my heart for the way that they receive me when I call, so compassionately and thoughtfully.
I've had some very difficult times over the last few years, most recently the sudden death of my mother. I've called up sometimes tearful sometimes confused and anxious. At these times they call me by my name, take time to listen to me while professionally doing their job, quite a skill. I feel really supported in these tough times. Please thank them.
A truly person centred practice in such cold automated times. |

I had a dermatology appointment this morning to have a mole removed for biopsy. I was nervous as I did not know what to expect.
The procedure was explained carefully and I was treated very kindly by both nurses throughout the quick procedure. They did not rush me and allowed me to take time asking questions along the way.
I felt put at ease and cared for. The experience has made me far more comfortable with having a similiar procedure in the future if necessary. |

I went to my dermatology appointment at 15:00 pm today 07th February 2018, the atmosphere was not welcoming and the staff were unfriendly . It seem like the doctor on duty didn't knew what she was doing. She printed out someone else name and address for me to do my blood and stool test. I was the one that actually pointed out to them that wasn't my details. I didn't get an apology. The instruction wasn't clear that was given on my treatment.. |
