It's always hard to get an appointment at any London GP, so this GP isn't any different to many others as there arent enough staff for all the patients. But, I will say that there is a chance to grab a cancellation appointment, even if youre out of luck.
Staff and Doctors - very polite, understanding and all in all nice people. They are all there to help, and do their very best. Thank you to all Maida Vale Medical centre staff, especially one of the GPs, she is such a pleasant doctor!! :) | ||||||

I was utterly impressed with the personal service received on the newly introduced Saturday Extended Hours at Maida Vale. I had a call from the practice staff to invite me for my routine PAP Test. The receptionist kindly explained to me how the practice has opened recently on Saturday's to offer care not just to the practice patients, but to all the PCN patients. Thumbs up to this new service! So fantastic for me as a working young mother to come at a suitable time, have the PAP test done, quickly, gently, and professionally by the new practice nurse. Highly recommended! | ||||||

I am a relatively new patient in this practice. During my visit I had the chance to listen in the waiting area how well the staff was signposting the patients coming and asking for different services and information. While I was waiting for my appointment (and I did not have to wait long) I learned few things that I did not know about how the things are working now in the whole area. The receptionist was explaining to another patient about the new grouping of practices under PCNs. It seems a well thought solution to the current national and regional shortages of NHS staff. I learned a lot about how the NHS practices are coping and it made me think as a patient how to make a better use of the resources! It made me think! | ||||||
