I had made an appointment with GP 2 weeks ago, received a text message confirming appointment. however, when I arrived at the appointed day and time I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was cancelled. I was not given any prior notification. I had arranged child care to be able to go to this appointment and the least I expect is a call or message that the appointment needs to be cancelled. I did not even get an apology, very bad service! Reply from Dr Philip Mackney Tue, 12 Dec 2017 08:49:01 Z Good morning We are so sorry that this has happened. Please accept our sincerest apologises. I have spoken to my colleague who remembers you coming in and they did apologise immediately for the human error. The surgery will look into this matter. Once again please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this error has caused you If would like to contact the surgery we will do our best to fit you in with the appropriate person as soon possible Please call 0207 286 0747 Kind regards |

One particular receptionist is very rude. If you dare to disagree with them, they become aggressive and try to intimidate you. The doctors are very good but this particular receptionist had a poor attitude. |
