The people that work behind the reception do not know how to communicate with people
And you can never ever get an appointment thus they recommend I visit the hospital. That makes me believe that they should not be open if they constantly refer patients away from the clinic. The service is inadequate for a local medical center in London. | ||||||

I have a long term medical condition which in time will require "Major Surgery". Due to my condition I suffer from depression. In order to visit my GP I need to book an appointment, I would like you to note this customer/ patient appraisal for a particular receptionist, who deals with my requests in an extremely professional and polite manner. She always makes me feel happy when I come into the surgery. I think this is very important as doctor surgeries can be such depressing places. I always feel happy after I deal with this lady because I understand she will assist me best she can. Thank You (Covent Garden Medical Centre) | ||||||

The new doctors at this surgery , especially a certain doctor are excellent and i would highly recommend.
They are caring, respectful and excellent listeners and very professional.
