I doubt there are any qualified doctors at the surgery. Impossible to get appt. Impossible to get prescriptions on time. No one answers the phone. Dirty toilet. Have left this surgery cause there is no point in wasting time not getting through on phone, not getting medicines, not seeing qualified doctor. Why does this surgery even exist? | ||||||

Reception is full of people never answering phones, giving wrong information, and not polite. Perscriptions never sent to pharmacy on time. It can take weeks to get medicines. Impossible to get an appointment with doctor. Are there even any real doctors at this surgery? I and my wife have never seen one. I spoke to someone who had no idea what my blood test results meant even though they were flagged. Seriously, if you want to see a good doctor, get your medicines on time, be able to make an appointment, be treated with respect then go to another surgery. this one is a total waste of time. | ||||||

TERRIBLE. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE. PRESCRIPTIONS TAKE FOREVER TO GET. ADMIN IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. EMAILS ARE NEVER ANSWERED. TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS NEVER TAKE PLACE AT THE TIME THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE PLACE. TOILETS ARE DIRTY. OFTEN NO TOILET PAPER. TOILET SEAT DOESN'T FIT. TOILET WOBBLES. OFTEN TISSUES ON FLOOR. DOCTORS ARE USUALLY NON-EXISTENT. DOCTORS WE HAVE SEEN ARE CURT WITH VIRTUALLY NO BEDSIDE MANNER, HAVEN'T READ OUR NOTES. THERE ARE USUALLY 5 OR 6 INDIVIDUALS WORKING IN RECEPTION AND NONE OR PERHAPS ONE ASSISTANT DOCTOR AND ONE NURSE. WHY DOES THIS PLACE EVEN EXIST. EARS AGO IT WAS EXCELLENT - NOW? IT IS AWFUL. JUST PLAIN AWFUL IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE. | ||||||
