I called up in the morning for an emergency appointment the girl at reception was so rude and dismissive. She should not be working in a GP surgery with no manners at all her tone of voice was just disgusting. She should be fired!!!! | ||||||

Truly terrible! I went to this surgery to register as a new patient, having recently moved to the area -- but the attitude of the reception staff was awful. They're lacking in basic manners and professionalism. Needless to say, I registered elsewhere instead. | ||||||

Thank YOU to all staff working at Fitzrovia medical centre for the professional, efficient and friendly service you provided and you are still providing. I visited the clinic on the 15th August 2019 to do the smear test. The reception staff were very friendly and guided me through to the waiting area. I waited for les than 5 minutes then I was called by the nurse and she welcomed me with a smile. The smear test was done smoothly and professionally. The nurse paid attention to the details, she went through my profile and she followed up with me the healthy diet matter I raised earlier. She assisted me to measure my weight and she took a note of it. With such a small initiative from her, I felt like being looked after and valued. Also, in July 2019, I visited the GP and she was very helpful. The GP accepted to see me on the same day I called the clinic and she treated me as I was in pain. I am very happy so far. thank You Fitzrovia Medical center all staff. | ||||||
