We have been patients for 20 years + and have only praise and thanks that we are lucky enough to have Dr Nazeer and Dr Boyd and the team at the practice as our GP's, we have gone through many ups and downs and they have supported each of us in absolutely every way, remaining open for virtual appointments during the pandemic too. So thankful for the whole team at Reception, Nurse support and the Doctors 10/10. | ||||||

I had an appointment I had booked about a month in advance at Mayfair Medical Centre.
I came to the clinic a few minutes early for the agreed time.
I was asked to wait at the reception.
I waited for 30 mins until I was told no one was showing up to see me.
I don't understand what the point of "appointment" is.
I will try to book another appointment. Maybe I will get lucky next month.
No. I'm just kidding. I'm never using NHS again. I will just find a private practice and pay for it myself.

After registering with this practice, I had an initial appointment with the nurse. Her amber was brusque, she didn't check my name and who I was. There was little eye contact and she seemed hostile to me asking any questions. Her heart is clearly not in the job and her bedside manner is offensive at times. It would be appropriate to retrain in communication skills and in common courtesy. | ||||||
