Imperial College Health Centre is a brilliant doctor’s surgery. Everyone there is so lovely and willing to help. I have received fantastic care from there. They offer a wide range of services, so whatever your issue, they can help you out. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all really friendly and do their upmost to make you feel welcome and comfortable. |

If urgent, they can see me straight away, but for regular appointments I have to book several weeks ahead if I actually want to see my preferred GP, otherwise I'm stuck with a different doctor each time, most of which have been temps.
You can book online and contact them by phone easily though, the reception staff are good and I've never had to wait longer than a minute or two to get through.
Some of the doctors seem overly strict / rude when it comes to adhering to 10 minutes per appointment, others never seem to be running on time and leave me waiting in the waiting room for sometimes over an hour.
But overall, this is far better than any other GP surgery I've been registered at in this country. They've all had the wait time issue, but here the reception team are much more responsive and friendly. |
