I have been a patient for many years and have always been treated promptly and well, with additional services as needed secured for me at various hospitals.. The medical team is excellent, always professional , and the reception team always very helpful. I could not recommend the practice highly enough, The online service for appointments and prescription requests works extremely well and is a very convenient way to organise what you need when you don' need to bother the team. Messaging about appointments is a great reminder!!

I should have cancel my transfer when it took them WELL OVER A MONTH to transfer me.They listed the wrong symptoms in my referral and I tried to get the letter amended 3 times. They missed something every time (including a signature and a surgery stamp). I moved back to my old GP within 2 DAYS! The secretary at this Practice is the slowest I have ever encountered, and honestly they really didn't want to help. They asked me to book another appointment with a specific doctor that didn't have availability for a month. It's now mid-August and I registered/filled in the forms in May! I do not recommend that surgery at all. I know the NHS is under stress but that surgery is just not providing a good service. |

Poor bed side manner from a doctor I saw on 19-8-19. She made me wait for 45 minutes or more after my appointment time which was 3pm. She did not apologize for it. I am considering leaving. My relatives have already left the practice due to poor service. |
