This is a surgery for the homeless in name only. Staff always give the impression that they have better things to do than deal with you. Also, there are many inefficiencies of time and resources. | ||||||

This surgery has helped the homeless population for the past 30 years. I am very grateful for the staff's determination and professionalism. The staffs are fantastic. Homeless people without a roof are treated equally. There should be more medical centres for homeless people in Central and West London. | ||||||
