This surgery is in chaos. Was once the best Doctors on the plant. However over the years the quality has year on year decreased to what now seems chaos. Misdiagnosis upon misdiagnosis. admin error after admin error which is never the surgery fault always blaming others Booking an appointment is an absolute mission here always told to phone tomorrow to see if an appointment is available Picking up prescriptions service is comical . The surgery needs to realise that COVID is here to stay and stop hiding. Open up your surgery to undertake your services If staff are scared of COVID then perhaps they need to find other employment |

This surgery is in chaos Non existent organisation mistake after mistake by lazy rude staff. This surgery was perfect under previous Doctors but is now in my belief in a mess. Prescription service is comical and a surgery full of individuals that are to scared to work due to COVID making it impossible to acquire a decent service |

After being referred by a dentist for two potential tumours in my throat, I was told that they would not see me because I couldn’t send a photograph of the inside of my mouth. Dreadful service since merging with Tollgate ( in special measures) and Wivenhoe. This practice really doesn’t care about its patients and using COVID as an excuse to avoid seeing patients. |
