I have many health issues including. Registered as blind. A brain tumour, and issues connected with that. I’m also recovering from a stroke. The help and support I’ve received from the surgery over years has been second to none! | ||||||

This is my sister's family practice. They don't like to complain, but I think it should be highlighted as I fear for older people who use this GP practice.
The receptionist could do with going to Charm School and the new booking system means many will be put off trying to access the GP. I loosely say "booking" as I understand you can't actually make an appointment! People like my sister now won't bother and has even talked about trying to change to another practice.
Her hospital consultant said she needed urgent referral and yet all she gets is a GP phone consultation two weeks away! Shocking! | ||||||
