I was nervous about joining a new practice as my previous doctor surgery was so amazing...but forced to go along this morning with a sickly child, just 2 weeks after moving into the area! The receptionist was friendly, reassuring and funny - just what I needed - and arranged an appointment for lunchtime with the doctor who was equally reassuring, professional and friendly. What a relief! Thank you so much! Hope not to be in there bothering you too often....?? |

Have a new system which detracts from the way it used to work.. future appointments are hard to book and when you do book you dont always get the person you wanted to see or in fact the location you wanted
. Since the new doctor has arrived time keeping is disgraceful..you should allow to be an hour late on most appointments |

The doctors listen; the nursing staff are sympathetic and quite obviously experienced. The front desk staff have a sense of humour often lacking in NHS employees. |
