have paid to have a thr privately in view of the pain i was in and the length of time to wait on the nhs and my age 77 years. operation went well and the clips have to come out. the clinic is in london and this procedure is included in the care package but due to distance and taking it easy for a few weeks asked the surgery if they could send the nurse to me (cannot drive yet) to take the clips out. well you think i had asked her for major surgery, the attitude of the receptionist was rude and so unhelpful. my surgeon had written to the surgery (he sent me a copy of the letter) informing the surgery about the operation. deny all knowledge of this - going on and on and the gp will have to make a referral to the district nurse - the clinic gave no duty of care |(that is a good one) with their attitude i have paid taxes for 77 years - paid for my surgery (less for the nhs to pay) and am struggling to get a few stitched removed - they will do it but all the fuss and bother is just another example of how the surgery values their patients. linda hoad |

I have COPD can never get appointment , I have Recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure still can’t see anybody receptionists are very rude you think that they was the doctors and they can diagnose you it’s an absolute disgrace the way that these doctors are hiding behind the Covid , I’ve just called with a bad section in my nose and eyes and I was told that there is no appointments for two weeks for a bloody phone call back??????? |

This is gp has awful staffs and the receptionist are rude. They are so indifferent with patients and misbehave. Since I moved and registered with this gp I never received any sort of help. A total disappointment and waste of time. Please do not register with them. Importantly the receptionist are racist. |
