Let’s not answer the phones! I walked in while my mobile phone was ringing the surgery as they were not answering the phone! One person was being dealt with at the counter and there were 4 people behind the counter and not one of them could answer the phone! I understand if they were busy, but this certainly was not the case. Maybe they need a louder ringing bell to let them know that the phone is ringing and it is being ignored! I mean how long can you expect to be number one as the next caller, after 20 minutes I decided to pop in while still ringing them on the phone! There’s no point asking the receptionists why they are not answering the phone Doctor, after-all patients calling a surgery are not that important to receptionists are they! |
