I was on the phone for over an hour to book an appointment for my client. At the end, when I could no longer wait, I had to cut off the line. |

I was registered with this practice for years and had not seen a doctor from before the pandemic. I often make use of private doctors at work because they can see you straight away. I always ask for the details of my consultations to be shared with my GP. Last time my private doctor tried to share the details, she was told I was not registered with Kings Cross Surgery anymore. I called the surgery and indeed they confirmed I had been struck off , no warnings , no reasons. The receptionist asked me to re-register online via Doctor IQ. I logged into the app and it turns out am still registered with them according to the app. Please can you get your act together and improve the way you treat people? Thanks |
