The receptionist's really are letting the team dawn. I cant believe they are all getting away with such rude unfriendly manners at this surgery. It seems that I'm not alone with this view. Why are the managers of these ladies not addressing the problem, this is why it is continuing to happen and nothing is changing . If i was to be rude to anyone in my job i would be given a warning, some thing this manager is clearing not doing. |

My husband and I have been with this practice since the Baigs took it on. Things have gone from bad to worse since the Baigs have been gone. Ultra rude receptionists, long waiting times, we are 80/83 years of age and only consult the practice when absolutely necessary, I have been insulted on many occasions by these receptionists ( who think they are little gods). Impossible wait times to see a doctor. It is about time that something serious was done to improve this practice. I would like to give my rating as 0/10. |

How this surgery is still open, is beyond me. A skeleton staff of locum doctors that never know the reason they’re calling, even though the receptionists ask why you want an appointment. I don’t believe these stats at all. It says that in Dec 22, they say approximately a quarter of their total patients face to face. Since Covid, I’ve only been offered a telephone appointment, and on the occasions that I’ve gone into the surgery to drop off a prescription, etc, there’s never been one patient in there. Just receptionists, often chatting. There are no pleasantries, just a scowl. Hurley Group need to go and this surgery needs to run properly. I asked the nurse once why they don’t take blood there, and she told me that she doesn’t like blood. What! |
