Cel mai prost cabinet,doctori ?i cei de la recep?ie ar trebui sa î?i caute alte joburi, nu sunt pentru aceasta meserie. Daca vor sa lucreze acolo cuno?tin?ele lor ar fi doar pentru facut curat,nu pentru a vedea pacien?i sau a sta la recep?ie. | ||||||

I have been at patient at this surgery for about 8 years and have always felt well looked after. Getting through on the phone can be a bit tricky. If you want a same-day appointment, you need to ring as soon as the lines open at 8:30 for morning appointments or 14:30 for afternoon appointments and be persistent as the phones are very busy. But I have always managed to get an appointment when I needed it and whenever possible I choose a "pre-booked" appointment for non-urgent things. I am surprised about the negative reviews about this surgery. All of the reception staff are very friendly and deal with each patient with the necessary patience and efficiency. I like all the doctors apart from one which is okay; I just ask staff not to book me with that particular doctor. All the other doctors are great. They always take time to listen to my concerns and discuss and explain treatment options. I can't praise them enough! | ||||||

I attended Green House surgery, for an appointment as I had pain in the palm of my hand , along with sores and my hand being red. I was informed that there were no available appointments, I would need to call at 8.30am the following day. However the receptionist said she could refer me to the pharmacist to see me. On arriving to the pharmacy he looked at my hand and said I would need to be seen by the GP as my hand looks infected. The pharmacist gave me a completed form to return to the GP and said I needed to be seen. When I returned to the GP the receptionist said she would put it in the system and the Doctor should call me. I informed her that I am Diabetic and would need to be seen. Well I still haven'tnt received a call from the surgery. The matter will now be escalated as this is really poor practice especially the fact that the pharmacist has recorded my hand looks infected. | ||||||
