Appointments generally within a day or 2 I could not believe this when I first registered a year ago, reception very helpful despite seeming to be very busy answering phones as well as dealing with patients, Drs are fabulous much better than my previous Dr of 30 years Cant praise this surgery enough

This surgery needs inspection, let’s begin with the ladies at the reception, they are no helpful at all, they will not give you the treatment you need. You will call them, and they will say please hold the line, you could wait for up to 20 minutes for them to answer. After entering the surgery the day of my appointment I saw what they do to patients, they will not pick up you call straight away despite doing nothing and will ask you to hold the line for no reason what so ever, it is their lame tenchinque to look busy. They will chit chat and not do their job. It needs a check! I won’t even begin with how unhelpful the nurse is, I recall a few months ago she left my husbands stitch inside. Instead of seeing the doctors the reception will transfer you to the nurse, if I need to discuss an illness it’s the nurse they transfer me too, despite begging to see a doctor. I do not recommend anyone coming to this surgery, it’s the worst surgery I’ve ever been too. | ||||||

One particular doctor saved my mother's life when he noticed her brain tumour symptoms. Since then the care we have received has been amazing and we've even had doctors just checking to see if we are okay. The service has been impeccible and it is always fairly easy to get an appointment for everyone in the family not just my mum. I cannot fault this medical centre. | ||||||
