We have only been with the surgery since Christmas and have nothing but very good treatment, my husband needed an appointment and was told to come in the next day, I’ve also been seen the same day, I order my repeat prescriptions on my Dr app and receive the order the next day. I had a scan at the hospital and asked to see Gp for some advice on the out come he sent me for a follow up scan he rang me the next day to talk to me about it and referred me immediately to a specialist. No hanging about. He also faxed me the results sent by the scanners, which I’ve never had before. All I can say is we are very pleased with the service we have received and how helpful and polite the receptionists have been. Unlike our old surgery. |

Had chest pains and was unable to access a doctor for either advice, an appointment or a simple sick note, for weeks. Advised to contact 111 which I had tried repeatedly already. Online systems do not work and apparently should have been provided with set up info by surgery. Nothing provided. Also sent a form for a blood test which does not print off correctly-phlebotomist not happy! |

The reception staff are very poor. I have suffer terribly under this surgery. Stay away from them. |
