CQC need to revisit this place anonymously and close it down. Terrible service, lack of understanding and clearly untrained staff. They need to have regular ghost calls and site visits from strict management until they begin to act correctly. Serious discipline is needed for people who claim to not hear people on the phone when the line is fine. They are clearly behind or do not exist with admin tasks - no notifications for tests being okay or not. Just some of the problems I had from a 5 minute phone call |

I Phoned for test results this morning at 12:30, after waiting in the queue for 15 minutes the receptionist answered only to tell me that as I’m not in the list she can book me appointment for next Tuesday. Could you please make the no. 2 option on your phone messaging that we need to book an appointment to hear test results? I needed to hear this test result before the week end. From my last experience this line was not to book another appointment but to hear the results. I’m not happy the receptionist (senior lady) was very abrupt and sounds very annoyed most of the time - not helpful. I’m not happy. |
