The reception staff are aggressive and argumentative almost a gangster like attitude they need to chill and be reminded that patients come to the GP for a reason I spent all my working career in customer service and I was shocked to be treated in this manner |

I have been with Goodinge for over 30 years and have always been treated with kindness and respect by all members of staff. The reception team, especially recently have always tried their utmost to get me the best possible treatment I require for that time. From mental health issues to a common cold they could not have done more. |

These doctors are quick to get you out the door and don't listen to you if you have mental health. Any actual medical problem you have as soon as they check your file they think anything is connected to your mental state and usher you out the door. I have been suffering with side pain problems for 8 years now and after several tests they have given up and said to just put up with it basically. They connected me complaining about nerve type pain in my side as IBS and my sleep issues (which is from the side pain) down to depression from having a baby (8 years ago)and not visiting a therapist. Ridiculous. They don't communicate they sent my anti-depressents to the wrong chemist twice, they forgot to do them numerous times and also prescribed the wrong ones meaning my mental health rapidly declines going days without my tablets. Definitley searching for a new doctors because they've really gone downhill. |
