Have been a patient at this surgery for over 15 years and myself work in the NHS, I am appalled by the level of service that is provided especially when you are trying to get an appointment or arranging to speak to a doctor. I have found on more than one instance that the reception staff are unsympathetic, unwilling to help and generally very challenging and rude towards patients. As a patient i feel frustrated trying to deal with this surgery and as a fellow NHS colleague feel ashamed by the level of service that is delivered. |

I've been a patient for several years and it used to be good. You could actually book an appointment using an automated phone system, sometimes for the same day without being an emergency, but now it doesn't work and appointments take a month or more by calling in. Medications have been forgotten to be refilled so I only go through my pharmacy now to request. But my biggest gripe is with referrals. Some doctors have entered the referrals incorrectly, causing an additional 3-6 month delay! This has already happened twice to me and it is unacceptable. Most doctors are ok except one who is very dismissive and has given me no choice but to move on to another surgery. But the great doctors I've seen at the surgery are mostly no longer there. Lastly, I've had mostly good experiences with the reception staff except for one who decided to tell me their personal feelings about my care rather than what the facts were, which was infuriating. I still will only give it one star because when you are vulnerable and need help the most, this surgery has found a way to mess up urgently needed situations like referrals and medication and I no longer wish to be around for their inconsistency. |

I've been registered at the surgery for many months and I've thus far been unable to obtain a single appointment, despite many attempts. Absolutely despicable. |
