One Dr in particular really needs to give it up and retire. She can't dial a patients number correctly, won't make an urgent referal, won't prescribe medication that the person needs and a lot more issues. I think losing the plot comes to mind. |

I recently joined the surgery. All staff are very caring and empathetic. I usually see the same doctor, she provides amazing care and support. The doctor is very empathetic and easy to talk to, she always makes sure to you are heard and she provides the best and immediate care and support. All GP staff they are very caring, if you need an urgent appointment they always try their best to fit you in. I thank you all for an amazing care and support you provide. |

I have been a regular patient at the medical centre due to an ongoing illness. It is usually very easy to see my doctor of choice who, despite the time pressure they're under, never makes me feel rushed or that they're not giving me their fullest attention. Even when my doctor of choice is unavailable the other GPs are well clued up about the condition and very proficient with their help, advice, and conclusions. Very impressive team. |
