Absolutely disgusting GP service including receptionists! Shame on the NHS. They are a disgrace and do not deserve any positive recognition! | ||||||

I have to write this.... my experiences with Ritchie Street is so awful. Even deleting the covid period from this, I have never been ask to see a GP - just fobbed off on phone and given tablets sent straight to pharmacy.... the whole appointment system is a joke.... never can get through then all appointments gone when u do, staff are unfriendly although pharmacist lady in there is lovely.... seems to be taking on job roles from doctors also.... been a patient there at least 4.5 years.... only time I stepped foot in there, other to register, was to get a B12 injection from a nurse.... and even that was a struggle.... then end up debating with GP over letters sent from consultants with instrutions, and GP refusing....also being told no blood test bottles so come back another time for a blood test.... | ||||||
