They have an arrogant receptionist called Nathan. He has no understanding of dealing with patients. I am sure if it was working in a store wouldn't. Last long. |

I have always appreciated how polite and friendly all the doctors have been since I first registered way back in the '80s. Although I was not always so thrilled with a few of the reception staff who manned the phones over the years. However, I'm happy to say that in recent years the staff have been polite & friendly on the phone... Thats how it should be when talking with ill & stressed out, patients. It would be lovely to be greeted with a smile at reception though?? |
