I've been with this practice for about 18 months and in that time the service I've received from GPs there has been great, they were polite and helpful. However, I have had two bad experiences with a nurse I've seen there where she has made tactless and rude comments on my appearance. Unfortunate as other than that this practice is fine! | ||||||

Simply appalling! When I brought my stool sample perfectly packed in sealed green plastic bag, the receptionist almost fainted like she saw dead body. When I called for the results, I have been told that there was no sample registered under my name - lost! APPALLING! | ||||||
