If not for the doctors at this practice they'd get a terrible. They seem very caring and provide care efficiently and in a way that meets standards however the people on the telephone are not good at all. Brings the gp name down. Have been registered here for several years and the service from them has just become more and more disappointing purely because of these people. Anytime you call they send you straight online with no offer to help or ask questions as they hang up straight away. What about people who don't have smartphones like elderly, or people who don't have access to wifi or knowledge to use online services without help. Do they have no compassion to not try and help, people are calling the practice as they have problems, not just for fun. If only these people could be a bit more nice as they really bring the gp name down |

The telephonists are the absolute worst. Super unhelpful and so monotonous, if you don't like your job just change it my friend, there are vacancies everywhere. We always thought GP receptionist were the worst however we have unlocked people worse than them and that is GP telephonists. Would take the bengali brothers that answered the phone everytime over the new ones they have now any day |

Had a number of issues with GIR practice and repeat prescriptions. Wrote to practice manager for explanation. No word back from them. Receptionists unhelpful. |
