Shambolic organisation and administration, you can almost guarantee that they will get multiple stages of each enquiry wrong. Their website is terrible, just phone them instead. The GP I had was dismissive, he seemed to be convinced from the outset that I was a hypocondriac and a time waster. Avoid this place like the plague because that's probably what you'll catch if you trust your healthcare to them. | ||||||

we have been in this practice some years. the doctors who treated us had poor clinical skills and arrogant. we are deeply disappointed by the lack of the medical staff's clinical judgement, care and dismissive of patient concerns. Also one has to hold on the telephone to be answered some 50 minutes. The receptionists are polite. | ||||||
