Administrative incompetence causing unnessary stress and affecting my ability to visit family I was double jabbed back in May, but unfortunately my first jab is missing from the NHS Covid pass in the NHS app. I informed my GP surgery of this back in May and have been having conversations with them about this ever since, but unfortunately they still haven't been able to update my record. Whether this is due to incompetence or because inactivity on their side I cannot say. What I do know is that they will not provide information about what steps they have taken to resolve the issue, and they never keep their promise to call back with an update after I have called or messaged them in their app to enquire about progress on rectifying the issue. I have explained that the missing info prevents me from proving my vaccination status and that this impacts my ability to attend UK events or travel abroad to visit family or for work reasons. I would strongly recommend anyone who can to avoid this GP surgery, as their customer service as well as their administrative competence are clearly not meeting any reasonable standards. |
