I have to say that Brookfield is one of the most effective, efficient and kind surgeries I have had in 30 years. Very little waiting lists - me and my partner, both seem to get appointments quickly. Particularly want to praise the nurse…Ghada. She is friendly always and has a big smile. | ||||||

Never on time then the doctors want to rush you out the room !!!!! reception staff are rude since dr sinhas have retired the surgery has gone down hill | ||||||

Tried to make an appointment none available until September (6 weeks wait!). Test results phone after 2pm, who is in the surgery to explain the results? I doubt if it is a doctor you will be speaking to. Lets hope the person on the front desk can explain the results, while you are waiting the 6 weeks to get an appointment. Walk past the surgery anytime Mon - Fri glance in to the waiting room, and all you will see is an empty room, where are all these patients waiting to see a doctor? Reply from Brookfield Park Surgery Fri, 19 Jul 2019 09:02:34 +0100 Thank you for your comments regarding the surgery, unfortunately as you have posted anonymously I am unable to investigate the issues you claim to have experienced. With our Routine GP appointments these are bookable up to 4 weeks in advance, so it is not possible that in June you would have been offered an appointment for September as these would not have been available. Regarding test results, all results are viewed and commented on by a GP. When a patient phones the surgery for the result they are given the information that the GP has provided. If a patient needs an appointment to see the GP to discuss the results then reception will advise this. Sarah Gallagher Practice Manager | ||||||
